Access script output from Patch & Automation Feedback
See the output of a script that ran using an IT Automation profile, from the Patch & Automation Feedback report.
1. From the left-hand panel click Reports > Classic Reports > Patch & Automation Feedback.
The Patch & Automation Feedback report page will appear.
2. Select the desired report parameters and click on Generate.
The Patch & Automation Feedback report will appear. The report will show the details based on the parameters that you have selected.
3. Check out the Tasks section to see the output of the script. In this case, we ran a script that outputs the hostname of a device.
There is also the option to export the results of the profile in Excel or PDF format, by clicking on Export in the upper right corner.
Access script output from the Automation Profile
Atera allows you to see the output of scripts directly from the IT Automation profile.
1. From the left-hand panel click Admin > Patch Management and IT Automation.
The Patch Management and IT Automation page will appear.
2. Search for the IT Automation profile that ran the script.
The Edit Automation Profile page will be displayed.
3. Click on the icon ()next to Last Execution Time.
The Patch & Automation Feedback report will appear. The report will show the details of the last profile execution.
4. Check out the Tasks section to see the output of the script. In this case, we ran a script that outputs the hostname of a device.
