Available Patches: Now you can see all available patches, at-a-glance, when in the Devices view.
Link in Alerts: We’ve added a link to the agent console, from within alert emails, so you can quickly troubleshoot the issue. Just click on the device name within the email.
New Scripts: 90+ new scripts have joined the Shared Script Library…thanks to the AMAZING Atera community! Our favorite of the month: A script that upgrades computers to Windows 10 1909.
Branded Invoices: Your company logo now appears on your customer invoices.
Add Customer: Now you can add a new customer right on the Customers page.
All Tickets: Now see all tickets associated with a contact (not just the most recent 5) within Customer > Contacts > Tickets.
In-App Command Prompt: We’ve made it better! Now you can enter ‘exit’ to end the session, or the ‘up arrow’ key to repeat the last command. Learn more
Better Automation Reports: We’ve added the IT Automation Profile name to the email subject of Patch & Automation Feedback emailed reports.
Sales Tax: Due to recent tax law changes, Atera will begin collecting U.S. state sales tax effective May 1, 2020. If your company is registered as tax exempt, or has a reseller certificate, you can now upload your exemption certificate by logging into Atera and going to Admin (on the side panel) > Tax Administration.
