Devices can be assigned (or reassigned) to sites, folders, and/or users.

Edit device relations

via the agent console

You can assign the device to sites, folders, and users via the agent console.

You can assign the device to customers, folders, and contacts via the agent console.

To assign the device (edit its relations):

1. From Devices (on the sidebar), select the device.

The Agent console appears.

2. Click the Edit dropdown menu. Then select Relations.

The Edit Relations screen appears.

3. Select the sites, folders, and user(s). Then click Save.

Note: You can also create a folder by clicking Add folder.

3. Select the customer, folder, and contact(s). Then click Save.

The device is assigned to the site, folder, and/or user.

To assign the device (edit its relations):

1. From Devices (on the sidebar), check the device(s).

2. Click on the ellipses icon (). Then select Edit relations.

The Edit Relations screen appears.

3. Select the site and folder. Then click Apply.

The devices are assigned to the site and/or folder.
