Hello there! We're super excited to share with you all the wonderful feature enhancements and bug fixes this release. The following new features and improvements appear in this version:

Ticket Filtering: You can now delete saved views in the Views panel on the Tickets page. Click the Views dropdown menu, and hover over a saved view to see the delete icon.

Event Viewer: We've upgraded the Event Viewer. You can now display 50, 100, 150, 200, 500, or 1000 records.

Expandable Events: You can now expand all events in the Event Viewer window with a single click!

Merge Tickets: Now you'll get a notification whenever you merge tickets with a link to the 'master' ticket it was merged into.

Mouse Wheel Scrolling: No trackpad? No problem! Click your mouse wheel to scroll up and down.

We've fixed the following bugs:

(30129) Fixed a bug affecting status change updates to tickets. 

(30131) Fixed a bug preventing deletion of devices.

(30280) Fixed a bug affecting page navigation.

(29819) Fixed a bug preventing the Tickets screen from automatically refreshing after updating a ticket.

(28780) Fixed a bug affecting ticket filtering when clicking ticket tiles (Open, Pending, Due Today, or Overdue) in the Atera dashboard.

(30348) Fixed a bug affecting column spacing on the Tickets page.
