Schedule a report
Note:
- Scheduling reports available to Power users only.
- Admin permissions are required to schedule advanced reports.
To schedule a report:
1. From within the advanced report, click the gear icon ().
Note: You'll need to save a report before scheduling it.
2. Select Schedule. The Schedule screen appears.
3. Fill out the schedule:
- Give your schedule a name: Enter a schedule name
- Who should it be emailed to? Add the email recipients (and optionally include a custom message).
- Format data as: Select the data format (data table, Visualization, CSV, XLSX, JSON – Simple, Text, or HTML).
- Trigger: Select the trigger (Repeating interval or Datagroup update).
- Deliver this schedule: Set the schedule.
4. Click Save All.
The schedule is saved and will appear in the top left of the Schedule screen.
To schedule a dashboard:
1. From your dashboard, click the ellipses icon ().
2. Select Schedule delivery from the dropdown menu. The Schedule Delivery window appears.
3. Fill out the schedule:
- Schedule Name: Enter the schedule name.
- Recurrence: Set the recurrence (Send Now, Monthly, Weekly, Daily, Hourly, or Minutes).
- Destination: The default is email.
- Email addresses: Enter the recipients' email addresses.
- Format: Select the format (CSV zip file, PDF, or PNG visualization)
4. Click Save.
The schedule is saved and appears in the Schedules window.

Edit, duplicate, and delete schedules
To edit a schedule:
1. From your dashboard, click the ellipses icon ().
2. Select Schedule delivery from the dropdown menu. The Schedules window appears.
Note: If no schedules exist, the Schedule Delivery window will appear.
- To edit the schedule:
- Select Edit. The Schedule Delivery window appears.
- Edit the schedule.
- Click Save.
- Select Edit. The Schedule Delivery window appears.
- To duplicate the schedule:
- Select Duplicate. The Schedule Delivery window appears.
- Edit the schedule (if necessary).
- Click Save.
- Select Duplicate. The Schedule Delivery window appears.
- To delete the schedule:
- Select Delete.
- Click Delete to confirm that you want to delete the schedule.
- Select Delete.
