Atera’s customer data and privacy are of utmost importance and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For that reason, Atera is not able to provide any information about any of its users or accounts without a court order, subpoena, or another form of legal process.

Atera will be happy to review and cooperate with such legal requests, law enforcement agencies, or court orders to the maximum extent possible if applicable law requires us to do so. 

Police officials and Governmental agencies investigating ongoing cases may contact us at privacy@atera.com. Please include any information available that would assist in the identification and investigation of the account or user in question. In addition, if the request is not in English, kindly send it with a certified translation to English and include the legal basis for the request as set forth in the local regulation.

Atera may disclose account records solely in accordance with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and applicable law only.
