Struggling to remember the exact command to set file permissions in SSH? Having trouble recalling the steps to update a package? Stress no more with Copilot. Designed to simplify your interaction with various consoles, this feature is your smart companion in the world of Command Line Interfaces (CLI).
With Copilot, you no longer need to memorize a multitude of commands or keep a cheat sheet handy. Whether it's creating new directories, managing users, modifying file permissions, updating packages, or even more complex tasks, you just need to describe your objective in plain language. Copilot does the heavy lifting for you and translates your description into an accurate command for your chosen terminal - be it Command Prompt, Powershell, Terminal, or SSH.
How does it work?
Copilot generates relevant commands based on your input. All you need to do is describe the function of the command you want to execute, and Copilotr will take care of the rest. When clicking the 'Generate' button, the command is automatically pasted into your selected terminal.
While the command is being generated, the terminal and the 'Generate' button will be disabled, providing a loading state to prevent interruptions and ensure command accuracy.
Supported terminals
Copilot generates commands for these terminals on Windows, Mac, and Linux devices: CMD, Powershell, Terminal, and SSH.
