Licenses via Atera's App Center explained
Splashtop SOS is billed per license, with each license covering up to 10 technicians (activated seats in your account). If you add an 11th technician to your account, an additional license will be added automatically — ensuring continued access for your team.
Each license also allows 1 technician to initiate an SOS session at a time — meaning concurrent usage is based on the number of licenses you have. For example, with 2 licenses, up to 2 technicians can use Splashtop SOS at the same time. If more technicians attempt to start a session than your license count allows, they'll receive a notification that the maximum number of concurrent sessions has been reached.
