The Load analysis report shows ticket load metrics by status and arrival time.
Understanding the Load analysis report
Tickets load by Received, Resolved and Backload
This section displays the amount of tickets each day that were open, closed, and in the backlog during the selected time period.
- Open: Tickets that were opened during the selected time period.
- Closed: Tickets closed during the selected time period.
- Backlog: All tickets in Open/ Pending status during the selected time period.
Tickets by time of arrival
This section displays the amount of Open and Closed tickets based on time of arrival
Generate the Load analysis report
1. From Reports (on the side panel), click General > Load analysis.
The Load analysis report page appears.
2. Select the report parameters and click on Generate.
- Time Period
- Customer
- Site
- Ticket Priority
- Ticket Impact
- Ticket Source
The Report displays.
To export the Load analysis report:
Click the Export dropdown, in the upper-right corner of the report, and select Excel or PDF.
