The Top retainer customer report provides metrics on your top profitable customers including customer name, total tickets, total duration, price for dates, average price for ticket, and average price per hour.
Generate the report
1. From Reports > Classic Reports, click Top Retainer Customers.
The Report page displays.
2. Select the Time Period and Item Count from the dropdown list.
3. Click Generate.
The Report displays the Customer name, Total tickets, Total duration, Price for dates, Average price per ticket, and Average price per hour for your top retainer customers.
To export a report to Excel or PDF:
Click the Export dropdown, in the upper-right corner of the report, and select Excel or PDF.
