Understanding the Customer profitability report
Summary
This section displays the customer's:
- Monthly price
- Selected date range price
- Time entry duration (hours)
- Off-SLA time entry duration (hours)
- Total tickets
- Average time entered per ticket
- Average price per ticket
- Average price per hour
Generate the Customer profitability report
1. From Reports (on the sidebar), click Profitability > Customer profitability.
The Customer profitability report page appears.
2. Select the report time period and customer parameters. Then click Generate.
The Customer profitability report appears (see Understanding the Customer profitability report).
Schedule Customer profitability report
