The Customer profitability report shows information about customer profitability and is available for MSP subscriptions. 

Understanding the Customer profitability report

Summary

This section displays the customer's:

• Monthly price
• Selected date range price
• Time entry duration (hours)
• Off-SLA time entry duration (hours)
• Total tickets
• Average time entered per ticket
• Average price per ticket
• Average price per hour

Generate the Customer profitability report

1. From Reports (on the sidebar), click Profitability > Customer profitability.

The Customer profitability report page appears.

2. Select the report time period and customer parameters. Then click Generate.

Schedule Customer profitability report
