Recently, SentinelOne is flagging devices that were using older Atera Agent versions (e.g., 1.8.1.3). SentinelOne's quarantining or removing of affected agents is resulting in the agents no longer working as intended. To fix this, you will need to reinstall the Atera Agent.
Note: Due to known issues with outdated agent versions, upgrading the agent is not possible and it will need to be reinstalled.
To reinstall the Atera Agent on your end-user devices:
1. Uninstall the Atera Agent.
Use our cleanup script to ensure there are no leftovers before reinstalling the agent.
2. Reinstall the Atera Agent.
