Prerequisites
For end users to have access to Atera's AI Autopilot via Slack or Microsoft Teams, ensure:
- Sites are synced with AzureAD. Learn more
- AI assistant is enabled in your account. Learn more
- AI assistant is enabled for Sites synced with AzureAD. Learn more
Connect AI Autopilot to Slack
For more information, See Add apps to your Slack workspace
To connect Atera's AI Autopilot to Slack:
1. Go to Admin > Employee service > Service Portal.
The Service Portal configuration page appears.
2. From the AI assistant tab, click Connect Slack.
You'll be redirected to sign in to your Slack workspace.
3. Enter your workspace's Slack URL. Then click Continue.
Connect AI Autopilot to Teams
To connect Atera's AI Autopilot to Microsoft Teams:
1. Go to Admin > Employee service > Service Portal.
The Service Portal configuration page appears.
2. From the AI assistant tab, click Connect Teams.
You'll be redirected to Microsoft's Atera Autopilot page
3. Click Get it now.
4. From the Teams webapp or desktop app, click Apps.
5. Find Atera Autopilot. Then click Add.
The Atera Autopilot window appears, providing an overview, features and app permissions.
6. Click Add.
Atera's Autopilot is now available in your Teams account.
