Contact us via the Help and resources menu
1. Click the Help and resources icon () at the top right of any page on the platform.
The Help and resources menu appears.
2. Click Chat with our team to start a live chat with our support team, or to share your thoughts about Atera with our CEO.
3. Click Start live chat to connect with an Atera expert for live support.
The Atera assistant window appears and prompts you for your selected language, name, and email address.
4. Select an option related to your request to connect with the right support engineer for faster, tailored assistance.

From the Help Center, click the question mark () on the bottom-right of any page to be directed to the live chat.
Submit and view your support tickets
To directly submit a ticket to Atera support, click Submit a request. You can also view any ongoing Atera support tickets you've raised from My tickets. For instructions on how to submit a request and view your tickets, see View your Atera support tickets
