Add your logo and branding to your Customer Portal, the Helpdesk agent logo, as well as reports and invoices.
To customize your logo and branding:
1. From Admin (on the sidebar), click White Label.
The White Label page appears. The White Label page is divided into 3 tabs:
Logo and Color
Add your logo and color to the Service Portal.
Add your logo and color to the Customer Portal.
From the Logo and Color tab, click Upload to browse for and upload your logo.
Image requirements: The logo should be a PNG, JPG, or GIF file, and 200 x 100 pixels in size.
You can also set your header color. Click the color box or manually enter the hex color number. Click Save to add the header color to Atera.
Note: The Service Portal Header Preview shows you what your selection will look like.

Company Icon
Add your logo and color to the Service Portal browser tab (known as a 'favicon') as well as the HelpDesk agent icon (which your end users see on their computers).

From the Company Icon tab, click Upload to browse for and upload your logo.
Image requirements: The logo must be an ICO file, and 16 x 16 pixels in size (with a clear/white background).

Reports and Invoices
Add your logo to your reports and invoices (which you can send your end users).

From the Reports and Invoices tab, click Upload to browse for and upload your logo.
Image requirements: The logo should be a PNG, JPG, or GIF file and 200 x 100 pixels in size (with a clear/white background).
