A 'threshold profile' determines the alerts you receive about your customer’s devices. It can be customized by many parameters (memory usage, CPU load, etc), as well as by the alert types (information, warning, critical) you receive. A basic default threshold profile (set with Atera presets) is automatically assigned to all newly installed agents. However, you can edit the threshold profile or create a new one. After creating a new profile, you must assign it to your agents, folders, or customer(s) for it to take effect.
Note: When creating a new customer or removing an existing threshold profile from an already established customer, the Default Profile is automatically assigned at the customer level.
Assign via the Threshold profiles page
1. From Admin (on the sidebar), go to Thresholds.
The Threshold profiles page appears.
2. Locate the profile and click Assign.
The Profile assignment for ‘[profile name]’ window appears.
You can view previous profile assignments for Customers, Folders, and Agents, and assign the current profile to Customers and Folders.

2. Click Add. Then click Save.
The window closes and the profile is assigned to the customer.
Assign to folders
