Why this happens
Atera’s login system analyzes several factors, such as your IP address, location, and device, to protect your account.
If the login attempt looks suspicious or risky, it may be temporarily blocked.
This can happen when:
You’re signing in from a new or unrecognized device.
You’re logging in from a different location or IP.
The system detects unusual login behavior.
What you can do
Try the following steps:
Use a familiar device and network, one you’ve logged in from before.
Check your inbox, admins receive an email with the login details (IP, user, location).
Contact support if the issue continues: support@atera.com

This block is temporary and automatic, your account isn’t locked.
