Connect Robin to your identity provider so every automated action follows the same roles, permissions, and access rules your organization already trusts. Atera integrates with Azure AD, Google Workspace, and Okta to keep automations aligned with your real directory structure.
This ensures your AI agents support the right people, at the right time, with the right level of access.

Note: Full admin permissions are needed to access AI Center.

Connect identity provider

Connect Robin to your identity provider to ensure automations respect your organization’s real users and permissions. Follow the steps below to securely link Azure AD, Google Workspace, or Okta to your workspace.

To connect Atera to your identity provider:

1. Go to AI Center > Integrations.

2. Select one of the following IdPs:

• Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
• Google Workspace. Learn more
• Okta. Learn more

Manage connections

Manage your connection to stay in control of how Robin maps users, roles, and permissions over time. Update credentials, temporarily deactivate the integration, or remove it entirely.

Deactivate connections

Temporarily pause your identity provider integration while keeping all settings and mappings intact.

Note that deactivating this service will stop Robin from using this connection until it’s reactivated.

To deactivate your IdP connection:

Click the ellipses icon on the active IdP. Then select Deactivate.
