Ticket Queues: Now you can organize your tickets into tiers or categories based on criteria you specify. The specifications and rules are completely flexible, and can be handled automatically or manually. For example, you can create a simple ticket queue by escalation level, or a specialized 'support type' queue, complete with multiple support addresses. Queue types are limited only by your imagination. Learn more
Network Discovery Agent Installation: Now you can remotely install agents on your customer devices, right from within Network Discovery Opportunities. All newly added workstations/servers are displayed, enabling on-the-spot, remote agent installation on one, some, or all your customer devices. After some debate, we’ve decided to release this brand brand-new feature, but we’re requesting that you try it out and send feedback to firstname.lastname@example.org. Learn more
Network Discovery SNMP Monitoring: Set up monitoring of your customers’ unmonitored SNMP devices, right from within Network Discovery. See all unmonitored SNMP devices (in Opportunities), and get them monitored with one click, either individually, or all at once. Learn more
Network Discovery Table Additions: IP address and Organizational Unit (OU) columns have been added to Newly added workstations/servers, and IP address has been added to Unmonitored SNMP devices, in Opportunities. OU has been added to the Devices (Workstation/Server) table.
Improved Agent ‘Manage’ Functions: We’ve reworked the infrastructure, resulting in faster, real-time ‘Manage’ functionalities, and less timeouts. Try it out and let us know what you think.

(19434) Removed an unnecessary snack bar message, which appeared when using Splashtop.
(19536) Fixed a bug causing inaccurate numbers of backlog tickets in the Load Analysis report.
