Mobile App: Big news! We’ve added ticketing to Mobile App. Now you can see all your tickets, sort them by status, or add a reply. Go try it! Learn more
File Transfer and Explorer: We’ve added the ability to remotely explore your customers' files, as well as upload files to (or download files from) their devices. The full feature is available for Growth (15GB/mo.) and Power (50GB/mo.) subscribers. Pro subscribers will only be able to remotely view and delete files, as well as create and rename files and folders. Learn more
New, Real-Time Report: Here's a game-changer. We've added a new, real-time 'report' called 'Recent Processes', where you can check the status of recently run processes such as patches installed/uninstalled and scripts run, and what the outcome was on each device. Learn more
Agent Install Notifications: Now you’ll receive a notification (in the Notification Center) each time an agent is installed on any of your customer devices.
Customer Alerts: You can now see all your alerts within a ‘customer’. We’ve added a convenient Alerts tab.
Devices Search: Now you can search for devices by public (WAN) and private (LAN) IP addresses.
Tickets Filter: We’ve added an advanced filter to the Tickets tab, within a customer (and within a contact as well).
Devices List: We’ve improved the Devices view by replacing pages of devices with lazy loading, in the customer > Devices tab.
Timesheet Report: We’ve added an ‘Invoiced’ category to the Timesheet report to indicate whether or not an invoice has been generated for the ticket.
Shared Script Library: We’ve improved the scripting experience by adding a ‘Clone’ option within each script throughout Atera.
Better Forms: We’ve improved the experience of filling out forms, throughout Atera, by making it harder for them to ‘disappear’. Now, the only way to close a form is to click 'Close' or a related action button.
Search Bar Improvements: We've added device search info such as MAC Address, device name, domain, user, and IP address to the search bar, (no need anymore to check those fields with each new search query).

(19377) Fixed an issue in the agent console where agent 'Last Seen' info was appearing in the wrong place.
(20033) Fixed an issue where Activity Logs didn't clearly label 'Grant Access' to Atera's technician activity.
(20239) Fixed a design issue affecting Network Discovery viewing, on laptops.
(20680) Fixed an issue where agents in a folder, with its own threshold profile, were erroneously assigned the 'Customer' threshold profile.
(20787) Fixed a bug causing corruption of newly uploaded .exe and .msi script files.
(20795) Fixed the ticket-rounding option in the Timesheet report.
(20797) Fixed a bug causing the Activity Log to display excess patch management logs.
(20835) Fixed a bug causing an error when adding an SNMP device with authentication + privacy.
(20858) Fixed a bug causing Webroot installation failure, when activated on multiple agents at once.
