Atera is currently available in English, French, and German. By default, Atera will appear in the language associated with a particular region. For example, if you are an Atera user in France, Atera will appear in French. However, you can always override the default by switching the language. A user with an 'Admin' role can select the language, for themselves and others in the same account. Additionally, your customers are able to select their preferred language when viewing their ServiceCustomer Portal.
Switch dashboard language
1. From Admin on the side panel, click My Profile.
The My Profile page appears.
2. Make your selection from the Preferred Language dropdown menu, then click Save changes
Atera will now appear in the selected language.
Change email, alerts, and reports language
You can also change the language of the Atera emails, alerts, and reports you receive.
1. From Admin (on the sidebar), click Settings
The Settings page appears.
2. From the Language dropdown menu at the bottom of the Settings page, select the language, then click on Save.
3. Click Save, and now emails, alerts, and reports will be sent in the specified language.
Service Portal Language
Customer Portal Language
Contacts can select their preferred language after logging into the Customer Portal.
Once they receive the Customer Portal URL + username + password and they log in successfully to the Customer facing portal, they can click App Settings (on the sidebar) and select the chevon icon next to the current language to choose their preferred language.
Currently, Atera supports English, French, Deutsch, Spanish, and Italian.
Note: If there is a need for the Customer Portal in a language not currently supported, please contact support. We will guide you through a process to help us expand our language offerings, with your requested language potentially being included in our next release.
