This article explains how to uninstall Bitdefender from your endpoints — so that you are no longer charged for them — and how to suspend or delete a customer ('company'). To discontinue your Bitdefender integration, see Delete your app account
Uninstall Bitdefender clients
To uninstall Bitdefender clients:
1. Log in to the Bitdefender GravityZone console.
2. From the left-hand panel, click on Network > the company name > Computers and Groups.
3. Right-click on the device(s) you want to uninstall.
4. Hover over Tasks, then select Uninstall client from the dropdown list.
Suspend or delete customers ('companies')
To suspend or delete customers ('Companies'):
1. Log in to the Bitdefender GravityZone console.
2. From the left-hand panel, click on Companies.
3. Select the checkbox next to the company you want to suspend/delete.
4. Click Suspend or Delete.
