Install Bitdefender on your end-user devices via Atera to ensure they're fully protected.
Note:
- The Bitdefender installation is silent (runs in the background) and no reboot is required.
- The Bitdefender installation script will run only on Windows devices.

Install Bitdefender on end-user devices via Atera
Note:
- You can deploy the Bitdefender agent to companies that you created within Bitdefender only. In other words, using the parent MSP company that was automatically created will not work. For more information, see Create a company
- When creating your company within Bitdefender, ensure that the 'The company's Partner can assist with the security management' checkbox is enabled.
To install Bitdefender from the Devices page:
1. From Devices (on the sidebar), select the device(s).
2. Click the ellipses icon > Add-ons > Bitdefender > Antivirus > Install.
Note: You can also install Bitdefender (on a single device) by clicking Manage > Add-ons > Bitdefender > Antivirus > Install.
The Install Bitdefender window appears.
3. Select the Company name and Package name.
4. Click Install.
Installation request sent. A snackbar confirming the installation request will appear on the bottom left of your screen.
Check the notification center (top right) for updates.

To install Bitdefender from the Customer page:
1. From Customers (on the sidebar), select the customer. The Customer page appears.
2. Select the Devices tab. Then select the All tab.
3. Select the device(s).
4. Click the ellipses icon > Add-ons > Bitdefender > Antivirus > Install.
Note: You can also install Bitdefender (on a single device) by clicking Manage > Add-ons > Bitdefender > Antivirus > Install.
The Install Bitdefender window appears.
5. Select the Company name and Package name.
6. Click Install.
Installation request sent. A snackbar confirming the installation request will appear on the bottom left of your screen.
Check the notification center (top right) for updates.
