Install Malwarebytes on your end-user devices via Atera to ensure they're fully protected.
Note:
- The Malwarebytes installation is silent (runs in the background) and no reboot is required.
- The Malwarebytes installation script will run only on Windows devices.
- For Windows 7 and 8, the script will run only if TLS 1.2 and above is supported. If the OS does not support TLS 1.2 and above, we recommend upgrading to a version that does.
- If the device has a previous version of Malwarebytes (or another antivirus) installed, you may experience issues deploying the agent (the script may fail).

Install Malwarebytes on end-user devices via Atera
Via the Devices page
To deploy Malwarebytes from the Devices page:
1. From Devices (on the sidebar), select the device(s).
2. Click the ellipses icon > Malwarebytes > Antivirus > Install.
Note: You can also deploy Malwarebytes (on a single device) by clicking Manage > Add-ons > Malwarebytes > Antivirus > Install.
The Install Malwarebytes window appears.
3. Enter the Site name.
Note: Fill in the exact site name used in your Malwarebytes OneView account.
4. Click Install.
Installation request sent. A snackbar confirming the installation request will appear on the bottom left of your screen.
Check the notification center (top right) for updates.

Via the Customer page
To deploy Malwarebytes from the Customer page:
1. From Customers (on the sidebar), select the customer. The Customer page appears.
2. Select the Devices tab. Then select the All tab.
3. Select the device(s).
4. Click the ellipses icon and select Add-ons > Malwarebytes > Antivirus > Install.
Note: You can also deploy Malwarebytes (on a single device) by clicking Manage > Add-ons > Malwarebytes > Antivirus > Install.
The Install Malwarebytes window appears.
5. Enter the Site name.
Note: Fill in the exact site name used in your Malwarebytes OneView account.
6. Click Install.
Installation request sent. A snackbar confirming the installation request will appear on the bottom left of your screen.
Check the notification center (top right) for updates.
