The Block Contracts Balance report shows contract details, as well as a summary of the selected time periods, including a drill down into each ticket, hours/money used, remaining, and overage (if applicable).
Note: Only tickets with a 'Closed' or 'Resolved' status will appear in the report. Tickets must be closed or resolved during the selected time period.

The Block Contracts Balance Report
The report displays the following data:
Total Balance
This refers to the total balance rolled over from when the contract began.
Note: This is only applicable if the Roll over remaining balance option on the contract is checked. Learn more
Summary
This section includes the block hours used, the remaining balance of block hours, and the hours covered by an overage rate (if applicable).
Note: This is only relevant for the time period(s) selected.
Contracts
This section contains details about Block Hour Contracts, including the contract's name, the overall amount of block hours (Contract Amount), and the number of tickets for the time period selected.
To view all the tickets, click the chevron () next to Tickets (Selected Periods). This will display relevant information about tickets, including Ticket ID, Ticket Title, Creation Date, Resolved Date, Work Hours, and Ticket Status.
Note: When a Block Hours contract usage exceeds the minimum threshold of 80% or the maximum of 95%, you will automatically receive a notification under the Notification Center.
Generate the Block Contracts Balance Report
1. From Reports (on the sidebar), click Block Contracts Balance.
The Block Contracts Balance Report page appears.
2. Select the report parameters:
- Customer Name
- Contract Name(s)
- Time Period
Note: Only time periods relevant to the selected customer and contract will appear.
3. Click Generate. The Block Contracts Balance report appears (see What is in the Block Contracts Balance report).
To export the Block Contracts Balance report:
Click the Export dropdown in the upper-right corner and select Excel or PDF.
Scheduling the Block Contracts Balance Report
To schedule the Block Contracts Balance report:
1. From Reports (on the sidebar), click Block Contracts Balance.
The Block Contracts Balance Report page appears.
2. Click the Schedule Report tab.
3. Select the report parameters:
- Customer Name
- Contract Name
- Time Period(s)
4. Click Schedule. The Add Report Schedule window appears.
- Give the scheduled report a clear, concise description.
- Select the Recipients (Contacts or Technicians).
- Select the Contact/Technician Name(s).
- You can schedule weekly and/or monthly reports.
- For Weekly, select the day, hour, and frequency.
- For Monthly, select the date and hour.
- Click Apply. The schedule will appear in the Add Report Schedule window.
5. Click Apply.
Done! The report will appear on the Scheduled Reports page.
To edit the Block Contracts Balance report schedule:
The scheduled report can be edited. You can edit the Configuration (Description, Recipients, Contact/Technician Name(s), and schedule) as well as the Filters (Customer Name, Contract Name(s), and Time Period(s)).
