Subscribe to our Status page
You can subscribe to our Status page to receive immediate notifications about new outages or incidents, as well as updates when they are resolved.
To subscribe to our Status page:
1. Access Atera Status page, then click on the Subscribe to Updates button.
2. A popup window will appear, providing several options for receiving notifications about incidents, outages, or maintenance activities.
Subscribe via Email: Receive email notifications whenever an incident or outage is created, updated, or resolved. Simply enter the email address you want to use for notifications and click "Subscribe via Email"
Subscribe via Text Message: Receive notifications via text message whenever Atera creates or resolves an incident or outage. Simply select your country code, enter the phone number where you wish to receive notifications and click "Subscribe via Text Message."
Subscribe via Slack: If you are a workspace owner, you can receive notifications about incidents, outages, and maintenance activities directly in your Slack environment. Select the Slack option, click "Subscribe via Slack," and follow the setup instructions.
These are some recommended subscription options to receive notifications about any incidents, outages, and maintenance activities that may affect your work. In addition to these, you also have the flexibility to create Webhooks, follow our X page where we post updates on incidents, outages, or maintenance activities, or create an Atom or RSS feed.
