Atera now supports automatic email feedback reports for IT Automation, Script, Patch Management and Maintenance Tasks. Once recipient addresses are added these email reports will be sent at the end of task completion, or within 60 minutes if the task status is unknown.
To setup auto feedback reports follow the steps below:
|1. From the left hand panel click on Admin|
|2. Then click Patch Mgmt & IT Automation|
|3. Click on the desired Profile name|
|The Profile page displays.|
|4. Enter the email addresses of Profile Feedback Recipients and click the + icon to add|
|5. Click Save|
The added recipients will receive summary emails with feedback on task success or failure. An email will be automatically sent following the execution of the specific profile.
