Atera supports automatic email feedback reports for IT Automation, Script, Patch Management, and Maintenance Tasks. Once recipient addresses are added, these email reports will be sent at the end of task completion, or within 60 minutes if the task status is unknown.
1. From the left-hand panel click on Admin, then go to Patch Management and IT Automation, and select the required profile.
The Profile page displays.
3. Enter the email address of the Recipient in the "Send Email to" field, and click the + icon to add more.
4. Click on Save.
The added recipients will receive summary emails with feedback on task success or failure. An email will be automatically sent following the execution of the specific profile.
