Install Atera on your mobile device
1. Scan this QR code to download the mobile app.
The App Store or Google Play appears (for iOS and Android users respectively).
2. Tap Install.
Note: The installation may take several minutes.
Once installed, the mobile app icon () will appear on your device's home screen.
Log in to the mobile app
You can log into the mobile app with a password or via biometric scanning (face recognition and fingerprint scanning).
Log in with a password
1. Tap the mobile app icon () on your device.
2. Tap Log in.
3. Enter your email address. Then tap Continue.
4. Tap Use password.
5. Enter your password. Then tap Continue.
You're all set! Once login is complete, you'll be redirected to the Alerts page on the app.
Log in via biometric scanning
1. Tap the mobile app icon () on your device.
2. Tap Log in.
3. Enter your email address. Then tap Continue.
4. Tap Continue, then scan your fingerprint or use facial recognition. Learn more
Note: It's possible to use your device's PIN.
You're in!
Log out of the mobile app
1. From Settings, scroll down and tap Log out.
A confirmation window appears.
3. Tap Log out.
Done! You're redirected to the Login page.
Search
Search results are divided into the following tabs:
- All: See the top 3 results of each of the other tabs.
- Tickets: Results listed by ticket title and ticket ID.
- Site: Results listed by site name.
- Customer: Results listed by customer name.
- User: Results listed by first name, last name, email, and phone.
- Contact: Results listed by first name, last name, email, and phone.
- Device: Results listed by device name, system name, domain, last logged user, IP address, MAC address, and serial number.
1. Tap Search.
The Search page appears.
2. Type in your search query. Then tap Search.
- Tap any item for more information.
- Tap View all to get a full list of items in a particular category.
- Tap a tab (Tickets, Devices, etc) to view a list of items in that category.
Note: Scroll the tab to the right to view additional categories.
