Automated Software Patching: We’ve made automated software patching easy with our Chocolatey for Windows API integration, enabling secure, efficient and complete patch installations from within your patch management and IT automation profile. Learn more
Better SNMP Monitoring: We’ve added automatic OID monitoring on Linux-based devices (routers, firewalls, PCs etc.) for the following parameters: 5-minute load average, available swap memory, and available disk space. The OIDs and factory-set thresholds are pulled from the device itself and will appear within the Atera device console of newly added SNMP devices. Learn more
New Mac Version: Our work on the Mac agent continues with an extensive upgrade that dramatically improves stability, connectivity, reliability, and general performance. The new agents are being rolled out gradually to ensure a smooth transition, with newly installed agents getting the new and improved version. Existing Mac agents will be upgraded gradually within the next few weeks.
Upvote Scripts: You can now give scripts a ‘thumbs up’ if they’ve been useful to you. The number of votes a script gets are displayed in the Shared Script Library, and scripts can be sorted by vote number. Learn more
Agent Installation*: We’ve upgraded agent installation to include customer assignment of Mac devices, and also tweaked it a bit for improved clarity and simplicity.
*We’re A/B testing this feature. That means, some of you will see this new feature and some of you won’t. Once we determine it’s as amazing as it’s supposed to be, we’ll release it to all of you (hopefully to thunderous applause).

Actionable Device Search: Your device search now displays more informative and actionable device results, for immediate monitoring and management. Instantly see the last login and whether the device is online, access the Manage menu and Agent Console, or remotely connect.
