The Dissatisfied customers report lists dissatisfied customers, based on ticket surveys.
Understanding the Dissatisfied customers report
Customers
This section displays the rated ticket information per customer. It lists the tickets in order of lowest to highest ratings, and shows the Ticket ID, Ticket title, creation date, technician name, contact name, and average rating for each ticket.
Generate the Dissatisfied customers report
1. From Reports (on the sidebar), click Satisfaction > Dissatisfied Customers.
The Dissatisfied customers report page appears.
2. Select the report parameters and click on Generate.
Export dissatisfied customers report
Click the Export dropdown, in the upper-right corner of the report, and select Excel or PDF.
Schedule Dissatisfied customers report
