Whether you're navigating through tickets, devices, or alerts, the Copilot is ready to conduct health checks and execute actions, ensuring magical support wherever needed. Typos and poor grammar? No problem. The Copilot navigates through them with ease, ensuring you're understood, no matter the rush or level of detail.

Launch Copilot
The Copilot hangs out in Tickets, Devices, and Alerts pages. Simply give it a nudge to start chatting and troubleshooting... and when it comes to interacting with the Copilot, we recommend you:

1. Click Devices (on the sidebar).
The Devices page appears.
2. Click the Copilot symbol () in the AI column on the device you want to troubleshoot.

At the top of the Copilot, you'll see the device name. Beneath that, you'll see preset troubleshooting ideas. From here, you can:
- Select one of the preset options (e.g., "What installed printers are on this device?").
- Describe the issue (e.g., "Device startup very slow").
- Describe the issue and request a health check or action (e.g., "Device startup very slow. Please list Windows startup applications").

2. Click the Copilot symbol () in the AI column next to the device you want to troubleshoot.
The Copilot appears.
The Copilot analyzes the alert and searches for suitable diagnostics (health checks) to run. After the health checks, you will be provided with findings and recommended actions to solve the ticket. It's completely up to you how you choose to troubleshoot the issue with the Copilot. To see available health checks and actions, click here

To launch the Copilot:
1. Click Tickets (on the sidebar).
The Tickets page appears.
2. Click the Copilot symbol () next to the Details column on the device you want to troubleshoot.
Note: You can also launch the Copilot from within the ticket itself.
The Copilot appears.
At the top of the Copilot, you'll see the ticket number, title, and the associated device. Beneath that, you'll see a ticket summary and recommended response. From here, you can:
- Select from pre-defined responses or send a generated reply to the end user.
- Generate a solution for the issue described in the ticket.
- Ask the Copilot anything at all. As information is fluid and constantly evolves, let the Copilot know if you have any new relevant information.
It's completely up to you how you choose to troubleshoot the issue with the Copilot.
Health checks and actions
Copilot is your go-to for executing a wide range of health checks and actions across your Windows and macOS devices (and end users managed through AzureAD). Its capabilities span from fetching lists of Windows startup applications and assessing password complexity for user accounts to activating user accounts and blocking ads on websites. Beyond these examples, the Copilot's versatility extends into optimizing email management, enhancing system performance, troubleshooting printing and application issues, managing patches, and refining Outlook and file management. This is just a small preview, as there are hundreds of other actions and health checks at your disposal.
Windows overview
- Access and login issues: Address login hiccups by resetting passwords, reviewing recent login attempts, and unlocking user accounts.
- Email management and delivery issues: Take control of your inbox by managing who's on the blacklist, adding emails to distribution lists, and blocking undesired senders.
- Slow performance: Boost your system's speed by monitoring running processes, checking CPU usage, and switching to "Power saver" mode when necessary.
- Printing issues: Solve printer-related problems by ensuring proper connectivity, clearing job queues, and updating printer drivers.
- Application issues: Keep applications running smoothly with updates, restarts, crash log checks, and new software installations.
- Patches: Keep your devices secure and efficient by finding and installing the latest patches.
- Outlook management: Enhance Outlook's performance by restarting it in safe mode and verifying email profiles are correctly configured.

Dock Copilot
When you exit the Copilot, it docks to the right side of the screen and stays with you as you journey through the app. If you need to revisit the last issue you were working on, just reopen it. You'll find everything as it was when you last spoke. You can continue the conversation, restart it, or troubleshoot something else. If you want some alone time, feel free to click the X that appears on it when you hover over it. The Copilot will explore distant reaches of the galaxy until you need to rendezvous with it again.
