If you already have an account with a third-party vendor for any of the integrations available in Atera's App Center, you can seamlessly migrate your account to Atera.
Important note: Migration is available for all 3rd party apps except ESET.
Benefits of Migration
Migrating your third-party account to Atera offers the following advantages:
- Simplified Installation: Use Atera's built-in installation module for supported third-party applications: Acronis, Bitdefender, Emsisoft, Malwarebytes (Threatdown), and Webroot.
- Centralized Billing: All billing for third-party integrations is managed directly through Atera. Pricing details for each integration can be found on the App Center page in your dashboard under the "Pricing" tab.
- Customer Synchronization: Once your account is activated, you can immediately sync your customers in Atera with the third-party integration. This functionality is supported by Acronis, Bitdefender, Cynet, Malwarebytes (ThreatDown), and Zomentum.

Request Migration
Follow these steps to request a migration for your third-party account:
1. Access the App Center: On the Atera dashboard, Navigate to the App Center and select the third-party application you wish to migrate.
2. Submit the Request: On the selected application's page, click the Request Migration button.
Fill out the required details in the form.
Once the request is submitted, Atera's team will begin the migration process on your behalf.
