    Quick Reply Templates: Now you can create quick reply templates to save loads of time when replying in customer support tickets. Learn more

    Pause Alerts: Now you can pause alerts for a specified amount of time, to enable the performance of maintenance tasks, without the flood of alerts. Learn more

    Accounting Integration: We've added a 'View exported invoice' link to invoices, that opens the exported invoice in your external accounting software.

    Redesigned Email Settings: We've tweaked the copy and functionality for enhanced clarity and usability. Learn more

    Chat Availability: We've moved the 'Chat Availability' feature for better usability. Now it can be found in the profile dropdown menu, at the top, right of the screen. Learn more

    Search Contacts: Now you can easily search for a contact via a newly added 'Contacts' search box in the customer's 'Contacts' page.

    Informative Invoices: Now, our European customers can see their VAT code on customer invoices. Plus a design improvement was added for clearer ticket time entries. Learn more

    (23113) Fixed a bug causing inaccurate display of antivirus software in an Agent Console.

    (24774) Fixed a bug affecting the devices search functionality, within a customer's page.

    (24780) Fixed a bug preventing Software Inventory report generation, when selecting all customers.

    (24817) Fixed a bug causing the days to display incorrectly, in 'weekly' scheduled tickets.

    (24882) Fixed a bug preventing software installation on a Mac device.

    (24885) Fixed a bug causing errors on PowerShell scripts, that are 'run as user'.

    (25064) Fixed a bug preventing report exporting via PDF.

    (25104) Fixed a bug affecting patch exclusion, in a Patch and IT Automation profile.

    (25105) Fixed a bug preventing updates to custom field values, in scheduled tickets.

    (25165) Fixed a bug preventing subscription to Network Discovery.

    (25198) Fixed a bug preventing account deactivation.

    (25297) Fixed a bug preventing Network Discovery subscription.
