חברו את IT Autopilot ל-Google Workspace על ידי הענקת הרשאת ניהול ברמת הדומיין לחשבון השירות של Atera. לאחר ביצוע פעולה זו, IT Autopilot יוכל לפעול בשם המשתמשים ולבצע משימות חשובות כמו ניהול Gmail, גישה ל-Drive ותפעול יומן.

הגדרת האינטגרציה

1. התחברו לGoogle Admin Console.

לתשומת לבכם: יש להתחבר עם חשבון מנהל בעל הרשאות Super Admin בדומיין Google Workspace שלכם כדי להגדיר הרשאות ניהול ברמת הדומיין ולהמשיך בתהליך.

2. מלוח הבקרה של Admin Console, עברו אל אבטחה > בקרות API, או לחצו כאן

3. לחצו על הוסף חדש.

4. תחת מזהה לקוח (Client ID), הזינו את מזהה הלקוח של Atera Autopilot:

5. תחת הרשאות OAuth, הזינו את רשימת ההרשאות הבאה (מופרדות בפסיקים):

הרשאות אלו מגדירות את סוגי הגישה שיהיו ל-IT Autopilot. ודאו שכל ההרשאות המפורטות כלולות כדי להבטיח את מלוא הפונקציונליות.

6. לחצו על אישור.
הערך החדש עם מזהה הלקוח של Atera וכל ההרשאות שהוזנו יופיע ברשימת גישה של לקוחות API שלכם.

לתשומת לבכם: ייתכן שיחלפו מספר דקות עד שהשינויים יתעדכנו בכל הדומיין.

7. שלחו את כתובת האימייל של המנהל שהשתמשתם בה להגדרת האינטגרציה לכתובת support@atera.com כדי להשלים את ההגדרה. ללא שליחת כתובת זו ל-Atera, האינטגרציה עם Google Workspace לא תושלם.

לאחר האישור, IT Autopilot יוכל להשתלב בצורה מאובטחת עם שירותי Google של הארגון שלכם.
