The Customer Periodic report shows customer metrics by period. This report can be used as a management report to be sent to customers at regularly scheduled times. Items that are not relevant in the report can be removed. To understand how the report works, see Customer Periodic report logic
Understanding the Customer periodic report
General and Customer information
This section displays general and Customer information including Customer name, report period, report scope, main contact, IT admin (the technician who generated the report), servers managed, workstation managed, total system managed.
Overall system health
The Overall system health displays the average score for all agents, with 0 being poor and 100 being perfect. To understand how system health scores are calculated, see Customer periodic report logic
System check list
The system check list displays the percentage of installed updates vs. all available updates.
This section breaks down the checklist into Online backup success (Desktop), Online backup success (Servers), Operating systems, and MS office version distribution.
Tickets opened, closed, and backlog
This section displays the amount of tickets opened, closed, past due, and in the backlog each day.
IT automation & patch management activities
This section displays scheduled patches for the customer.
Generate a Customer periodic report
1. From Reports (on the sidebar), click Profitability > Customer Periodic.
The Customer Periodic report page appears.
2. Select the Time Period and Customer as required and click on Generate.
Note: Check the Exclude retired devices box, to exclude devices no longer in use from your report. To define a 'retired device', go to Admin > Settings > Devices. Learn more about defining a retired device.
