To run a script immediately on a specific agent (or agents), you must first create or upload a script. Learn how to create and upload scripts. Scripts can also be cloned (and customized) from the Shared Script Library
Run scripts on a single agent
To run a script on a single agent:
1. Click Devices, on the side panel.
The list of devices appears.
2. Next to the specific device, click to open the Manage dropdown menu.
3. Click Run Script.
The Run Script screen appears.
4. Select the script you wish to run, and Click Run.
The script will run.
Notes:
- You can also create a new script by clicking the Create Script button.
- We support the following formats: MSI, Bash files, CMD files, Powershell
Run scripts on multiple agents
To run a script on all (or some) agents belonging to a specific customer:
1. From the Customers page, click the specific customer.
The customer page appears.
2. Select the Devices tab, then the All tab.
3. Select the specific device(s) by checking the checkbox(es) next to the device(s).
4. Then click the (Run Script) icon from the row of icons above.
The Run Script screen appears.
4. Make your selections:
- Select the Agent(s) you wish to run the scrip on. You can also select all your customer's agents.
- You can select a script Category to view.
- Select an Automation Expiration. You can choose to run a script on online agents only, or specify how long to keep the task in queue, till a device goes back online
- You can Filter scripts to easily find what you're looking for.
5. Click Run next to the script of your choice.
The script will run on the selected agent(s).
