Atera API: Now you can add new Generic, TCP, HTTP, and SNMP* devices via the Atera API. Learn more about the API
*Linux-based device OIDs are automatically added (learn more). Additional OIDs cannot yet be added via the API, however this feature is coming soon!
Patch, Search & Deploy Report: Now you can generate a report that displays ALL patches, for the purposes of easily installing missing patches right from the report. Learn more
Mobile App: Update your app now to check out the new features and improvements including
- Redesigned alerts which include the snooze and resolve functions as well as the customer’s name
- The associated agent is now visible (where applicable) in tickets
- Bug fixes
- Plus, preparation for a switchover to Auth0 biometric login authentication (coming soon!)
Ticket Tag Automations (a Power subscriber exclusive): Now you can set automations based on auto ticket tags. This feature is being made available for a limited time (3 weeks) to Pro and Growth subscribers, to play with and explore. Learn more
