The New Network Discovery: Our indispensable, must-have feature has done some growing up. We’ve reimagined every facet of function and design to bring you the most powerful and beautifully simple version yet. This one lets you
- See all customer scans on a single dashboard
- Scan all of a customer’s networks (subnets) with one click
- Enjoy an always current, automatically refreshing view of your customer’s networks
- Activate and deactivate scans
- Easily install agents (DC scans)
- Prevent scanning of offsite networks

Windows Update: Now you can take full control over patch management! Our latest addition lets you disable the automatic Windows Update feature, right from Atera's IT automation profiles, to prevent Windows from installing automatic, local updates. Learn more
Ticket Comments: Now you can get all the right people in on the conversation! Enter the '@' symbol in the ticket's message body to easily include any relevant customer contacts or fellow technicians (they’ll appear in the 'CC' field).
Reboot Required: There's a new column in Patch Management that indicates whether a patch requires a reboot after installation. This feature appears on the Devices page > Manage > Patch Management (and will soon be added to the Agent Console). Learn more
Billing: The Billing page has had a makeover! We've decluttered a bit with the removal of the 'Benchmark' section plus added some useful at-a-glance info such as 'Status' and 'Customer Name' to the Invoices list. Plus, we've also added the 'Status' to the invoice itself (and the customer > Invoices page). Learn more about invoice creation
