Note: The report will update progressively as queued tasks are run on any offline devices that have come back online.
Summary
The first section of the report displays summary information:
- Profiles in Report: The number of IT Automation Profiles included in the report.
- Tasks Run: The total number of tasks run in the reporting period.
- Agents in Report: The total number of distinct Agents included in the reporting period.
- Task Success Rate: The total percentage of tasks that were completed successfully in the reporting period.
- Failed Actions: The total number of tasks in the reporting period that ran, but failed to achieve the desired result.
- Actions Not Executed: The total number of tasks in the reporting period that never ran for various reasons, such as agent offline, connectivity issue, firewall, etc.
Tasks
The second section of the report displays task-specific information (ordered by date):
- The name of the IT Automation Profile.
- The task type (e.g., Scripts, OS Patch Management, Maintenance, Upgrades).
- The Name of the action within the task type.
- The task result:
A green tick displays for a successfully completed task.
A red X displays for a task completed with errors.
You can view the agent(s) on which actions were successfully completed or failed.

Generate a Patch and Automation Feedback report
To run the Patch and Automation Feedback report:
1. From Reports > Classic Reports, on the side panel, click Patch and Automation Feedback.
The Patch & Automation Feedback Report page appears.
2. Select the report parameters:
- Time Period: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 120 Days, This Month, Last Month, Last Two Months, or Custom Range
- Customer Name
- Site Name
- Agent Name(s)
- IT Automation Profile(s)
- IT Automation Task(s)
Note: If you'd like to exclude devices that are no longer in use, check Exclude retired devices. To define a retired device, go to Admin > Settings > Devices. Learn more
3. Click Generate. The Patch and Automation Feedback report displays (see What is in the Patch and Automation Feedback report).
To export the Patch and Automation Feedback report:
Click the Export dropdown, in the upper-right corner of the report, and select Excel or PDF.
