Mobile App: We’ve added a new, standalone Tickets category to the mobile app, so now you can see all your tickets in one place. You can also sort tickets by status, or add a reply. Remote File Search: We've added the ability to remotely search for files on your customer's device directories. This feature appears in File Transfer, on the device Manage dropdown menu. Learn more
Alerts Filter: Now you can filter alerts from within the customer’s Alerts tab with an advanced filter, for optimal management and tracking.
Timesheet Report: Now you can see ‘zero-time entries’ tickets, for quick time entry viewing, editing and billing. Also we’ve added sorting options by column, to see only the tickets you need. Learn more
Agent Console: We’ve added a link from the ‘Available Patches’ icon to patch management, for quick and easy patching. Get to know the Agent Console.
TCP Ports: Ports now appear as a mandatory field when adding a TCP device, so device monitoring can begin immediately. Learn more
Patch Installations: Now you'll receive instant feedback when patches have been successfully installed, and when they haven't, by way of messages that appear no matter where you are in the platform.
