Ticket Scheduling: Now you can edit your scheduled tickets, and change the scheduled times (or anything else). Scheduled tickets will remain in draft and won’t go live, or count towards your SLA, until their scheduled times. Learn more
Device Filtering: We've added the ability to filter devices by Windows OS Build and Version. Learn more
Uniform Devices: We've unified the way devices are displayed between Customer > devices and the 'Devices' page. Now, accessing a specific customer's devices gives you as much information and functionality as on the Devices page.
Better Ticket Creation: We've made the process of creating tickets more intuitive, with a newly added 'Customer' field, and auto-complete of customer-specific contacts only. Learn more
Ticket Improvements: The Ticket history (and the 'last sent reply' window) now captures all 'To' and 'CC' contacts that received the communication. Plus your last preference to either collapse/expand the ticket history are remembered and displayed the next time you access the ticket.
Organized Accounting: The Accounting page now includes an Invoice Settings tab, enabling you to specify how you'd like your company details to appear on customer invoices (moved from Admin > Settings >Billing).
Accounting Integration: An Invoice Settings tab has been added to the Accounting page, enabling viewing of your company details as they appear on customer invoices. These details are pulled from your accounting software (QuickBooks Online or Xero).
QuickBooks Online International: We've added a default 0% product/service tax rate (when 'non-taxable' is specified on QuickBooks Online), to enable smooth integration with QuickBooks Online International, which requires entry of a product/service tax rate.
Whitelabel Invoicing: Now you can select a logo to appear specifically on your invoices (in addition to reports), for personalized branding throughout the customer cycle. Learn more
Script upvoting: Now you can upvote shared scripts from the main 'Shared Scripts Library' page (without having to open the script). Learn more
Clearer Atera Invoices: We've added a 'Product' category to the Subscription page > Invoices tab, improving the clarity of the invoices list.
